MAAC Air Rifle Competitions September - October - November - December 2009

The 2009 activity calendar showed the following competitions:

13th September 2009 - Air Rifle Field Target (Canceled)
4th October 2009 - Air Rifle Bench Rest ( Canceled)
24th October 2009 - Air Rifle Hunter Field Target
1st November 2009 - Air Pistol Steel Plate Challenge.
22nd November 2009 - Air Pistol Dynamic Shooting
6th December 2009 - Air Rifle Bench Rest
13th December 2009 - Air Rifle Field Target

Please note that the competitions taking place on the 13th September 2009 and 4th October 2009 have been canceled due to the participation of the MAAC team in South Africa WFTF WC 2009.

Consider all other activities on schedule for the time being as the MAAC Sports Commission will re construct the new competition season for 2009 -2010.

MAAC activity program

Dear members.

Tomorrow 8th September 2009, MAAC will be one year old. I wish to thank all of you for your support during this year.

September 2008 we started this club with our first activity. One year later, September 2009 , 8 club members will be going to South Africa from the 21st September to the 2nd of October 2009 taking part in the WFTF 2009 World Field Target Championships and an international 3 nation Bench Rest, air gun and rim fire competition between South Africa , New Zealand and Malta.The MAAC team that will participate in the WFTF 2009 WC in South Africa and the 3 Nation BR Challenge in the club colours.

Once the team is back we start to look ahead. By the end of October MAAC will hold its first Annual General Meeting for all the members of the club. Here the club will for the first time have the committee and sub committees elections for years 2010 and 2011. The club will also explain the strategy for the club and the club visions for the years to come and the future of our sports.
Special Trophies prepared for these occasions.


There will be changes, but for the time being the activities planned for September 2009 will be canceled however the activities for October will continue as planned.
After the AGM a new schedule will be issued.The MAAC team that will participate in the WFTF 2009 WC in South Africa and the 3 Nation BR Challenge in Frasons Cisk Sponsored Team wear.

Now that summer is closing in, most of you will start there normal practice in this sport. We welcome you all back to business as usual.
